ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of Skubiq Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), which connects to or interacts with the Internet. This Policy is in addition to any additional terms and conditions that may apply when Skubiq offers you, its services.

Inventrax reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Revisions are effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of Skubiq after such date means that you accept such changes. Accordingly, Inventrax recommends that you visit the Skubiq.com website regularly to ensure that your activities conform to the most recent version of this Policy.

Questions about this Policy (e.g., whether any contemplated use is permitted) and reports of violations of this Policy should be directed to support@Skubiq.com

Inventrax uses its discretion to determine what constitutes acceptable and unacceptable use of the Services. Without limitation, using the Services in a way that, in Inventrax’s reasonable opinion, includes, enables, or tries any of the following is prohibited:

  • breaking the laws of any relevant jurisdiction or engaging in behaviour that is illegal or tortious.
  • displaying, performing, sending, receiving, or storing any content that is obscene, pornographic, lewd, lascivious, or excessively violent, regardless of whether the material or its dissemination is unlawful.
  • promoting or supporting violence against any government, group, organisation, individual, or piece of property, or offering guidance, information, or help in inciting or carrying out such violence, regardless of whether such behaviour is illegal.
  • accessing, transmitting, receiving, displaying, performing, disclosing, storing, or executing any content that is a) infringing on any copyright, publicity right, patent, trademark, service mark, trade name, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, b) infringing on any relevant agreement or c) without authorization.
  • obtaining unauthorized access to any system, network, service, or account.
  • interfering with service to any user, site, account, system, or network by use of any program, script, command, or otherwise.
  • introducing or activating any viruses, worms, harmful code and/or Trojan horses.
  • Publish or send unsolicited emails or messages to large groups of users, newsgroups, or bulletin boards at once, or to any receiver who has requested that messages not be sent to them.
  • Attempting to avoid spam filters by sending or uploading messages or emails with false, missing, or fraudulent headers or sender identities.
  • The act of publicly scorning or mocking Inventrax or its affiliates.
  • Without Inventrax’s prior written consent, you are prohibited from reselling Skubiq’s services, in whole or in part, to any entity or individual.

Responsibility for Customer

Customers are responsible for violations of this Policy, whether by (i) yourself, (ii) anyone using the Services or Site with your permission, or (iii) using your account on an unauthorized basis. This Policy applies to anyone accessing or using the Services or the Site; however, each prohibition included in this Policy shall be interpreted to include, and apply to, any action directly or indirectly taken, authorized, facilitated, promoted, encouraged, or permitted by a Customer of the Services or Site even if such person did not personally violate that prohibition.

Monitoring and Enforcement

Inventrax reserves the right to investigate any violation of this Policy or misuse of the Service. If Inventrax determines that a violation has occurred, Inventrax may remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource that violates this Policy or any other agreement Inventrax has with you for use of the Service. If Inventrax suspects any violation of law or regulation has occurred, Inventrax may report such activity to appropriate law enforcement officials or regulators. Additionally, if necessary to protect Inventrax’s rights and interests and those of its licensors, affiliates, customers, and suppliers (including but not limited to IP rights), Inventrax reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary or appropriate under applicable law including without limitation laws relating to privacy and data protection.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please notify SKUBIQ as soon as possible by contacting us and providing assistance as reasonably requested to stop or remedy the violation.
