Without limitation, using the Services in a way that, in Inventrax\u2019s reasonable opinion, includes, enables, or tries any of the following is prohibited:<\/p><ul><li>breaking the laws of any relevant jurisdiction or engaging in behaviour that is illegal or tortious.<\/li><li>displaying, performing, sending, receiving, or storing any content that is obscene, pornographic, lewd, lascivious, or excessively violent, regardless of whether the material or its dissemination is unlawful.<\/li><li>promoting or supporting violence against any government, group, organisation, individual, or piece of property, or offering guidance, information, or help in inciting or carrying out such violence, regardless of whether such behaviour is illegal.<\/li><li>accessing, transmitting, receiving, displaying, performing, disclosing, storing, or executing any content that is a) infringing on any copyright, publicity right, patent, trademark, service mark, trade name, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, b) infringing on any relevant agreement or c) without authorization.<\/li><li>obtaining unauthorized access to any system, network, service, or account.<\/li><li>interfering with service to any user, site, account, system, or network by use of any program, script, command, or otherwise.<\/li><li>introducing or activating any viruses, worms, harmful code and\/or Trojan horses.<\/li><li>Publish or send unsolicited emails or messages to large groups of users, newsgroups, or bulletin boards at once, or to any receiver who has requested that messages not be sent to them.<\/li><li>Attempting to avoid spam filters by sending or uploading messages or emails with false, missing, or fraudulent headers or sender identities.<\/li><li>The act of publicly scorning or mocking Inventrax or its affiliates.<\/li><li>Without Inventrax\u2019s prior written consent, you are prohibited from reselling Skubiq&#8217;s services, in whole or in part, to any entity or individual.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Responsibility for Customer <\/strong><\/p><p>Customers are responsible for violations of this Policy, whether by (i) yourself, (ii) anyone using the Services or Site with your permission, or (iii) using your account on an unauthorized basis. This Policy applies to anyone accessing or using the Services or the Site; however, each prohibition included in this Policy shall be interpreted to include, and apply to, any action directly or indirectly taken, authorized, facilitated, promoted, encouraged, or permitted by a Customer of the Services or Site even if such person did not personally violate that prohibition.<\/p><p><strong>Monitoring and Enforcement <\/strong><\/p><p>Inventrax reserves the right to investigate any violation of this Policy or misuse of the Service.
